Pacific Appraisal Associates' personnel specialize in areas such as valuation, feasibility analysis, benefit studies, environmental issues, litigation, eminent domain, negotiation, financing, financial statements and commercial real estate sale, purchase, leasing and counseling; an emphasis on continuing education hones their skills. Each staff member is hand picked to provide clients an optimum wealth of professional service and expertise.

The firm's clients include individuals, large and small business, accountants, attorneys, school districts, financial institutions, all levels of government and agencies. Services range from single-family residential to complex commercial assignments including special benefit analysis for public utility development projects, condemnation for public benefit, valuation of partial interests, lease analysis, agriculture storage and processing facilities, change in use analysis, sensitive land, environmental and detrimental condition valuation and similar assignments requiring specialized knowledge.


The father/son team of A. Scott Johnson, MAI and Dennis Johnson, MAI, opened Johnson's Real Estate in 1968. From the very first day, the driving commitment to integrity and service has been fundamental. Dennis focused the company's offerings on appraisal and counseling services after his father retired, and renamed the company Pacific Appraisal Associates.

Kirk Dosser and Brian Vincent, who have been with the company for many years, purchased Pacific Appraisal Associates in 2006. The two continue to operate the company according to the long-established tradition of excellence established by Scott and Dennis Johnson.
