The father/son team of A. Scott Johnson, MAI and Dennis Johnson, MAI, opened Johnson's Real Estate in 1968. From
the very first day, the driving commitment to integrity and service has been fundamental. Dennis focused the
company's offerings on appraisal and counseling services after his father retired, and renamed the company
Pacific Appraisal Associates.
Kirk Dosser and Brian Vincent, who have been with the company for many years, purchased Pacific Appraisal Associates in 2006.
The two continue to operate the company according to the long-established tradition of excellence established by Scott
and Dennis Johnson.
