Mike has worked on a variety of diverse assignments including land, professional office and retail buildings, warehouses, multi-family complexes and industrial properties. His clients include Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Chelan Douglas Land Trust, The Yakama Nation, large lending institutions, and federal and local governments. He enjoys providing professional, accurate valuations to each of his clients in an efficient and timely manner.



Mike grew up in Cashmere and now lives in Wenatchee with his wife and two sons. His career in the appraisal field began in 2003 when he joined the appraisal research department of Pacific Appraisal Associates. He then began attending Appraisal Institute courses and earned his General Certification in April 2006. He expands his appraisal experience through continuing education, discussion with peers in the workplace and throughout the real estate appraisal industry.
