Denise joined Pacific Appraisal Associates in 2017 after a 24-year career in education, teaching secondary math in the Wenatchee Valley. She began her appraisal career as an appraiser trainee, working alongside other office appraisers, while simultaneously completing real estate appraisal courses. She earned her General Certification in real estate appraisal in 2020.

Denise has worked on a variety of assignments including office, retail, and warehouse buildings, as well as land, orchards, and subdivisions. Her list of clients includes numerous lending institutions, state and local governments, public utility districts, and private parties. Her projects have spanned Central Washington including Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas, Okanogan, and Yakima counties.

Denise was raised in Ellensburg and attended Central Washington University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1992, with a Major in Mathematics and a Minor in Physics. After graduation, she moved to the Wenatchee Valley and began her teaching career at Eastmont Junior High School in East Wenatchee. During the summers she returned to Central Washington University and earned her Master’s Degree in 1995, with a Specialization in Mathematics. She has continued to make Wenatchee her home, where she has raised her two children.
