Brian is a generally certified Real Estate Appraiser working on a variety of projects. He has been awarded the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI membership designation, which is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. The designation was granted October 7, 2015.

Brian's specialties include eminent domain, medical, retail, industrial and multi-family projects. His list of clients includes numerous lending institutions; federal, state and local governments; public utility districts; attorneys; and private parties. He has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout Central Washington including Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, Kittitas, Yakima and Benton counties.

Brian was raised in Western Washington, and graduated from the University of Washington in 1987. He moved to Leavenworth in 1992 where he has made his home with his wife and two daughters. He has been involved in real estate as a commercial property manager of retail and multi-family properties, land development and commercial orchards since coming to Leavenworth.

Continuing education enables Brian to expand his appraisal experience and achieve designation with the leading real estate and appraisal organizations. His goal is to provide quality, credible and defendable valuations on a wide variety of properties to a diverse clientele in a professional and timely manner.



Brian and Kirk Dosser have owned Pacific Appraisal Associates since 2006.
